Cam started Laser in 2018 as an owner/operator hauling machines behind a minivan to provide a needed service in northern British Columbia as a reliable line painting company. 

Since the start of Laser, the team and the type of work has grown considerably. The addition of asphalt maintenance as well as snow plowing during the winter months has brought the company to new heights. That being said, Cam has taken the ownership role full force with hiring people to overtake the sales, estimator, technician, project manager, and marketing divisions so he can focus on helping those people to grow within the company as well as providing an environment for them the thrive.

When Cam isn't working away he's typically spending all of his time with his three kids.

Robyn

Director

Robyn has been apart of team Laser since 2018, watching the company grow from a one man operation out of the back of a minivan to seeing new team members work together to build something incredible.

"Family is extremely important and I work hard to ensure that our team knows that family and mental health are important to nurture and take care of. Which is why we have policies and procedures in place to keep everyone in the company safe. I also am comfortable being put to work wherever I am needed. If you need me to do something I will absolutely do it. If I don't have the answer, I will go out and find it and we can learn together. I don't mind saying "I don't know" but that isn't the end of the discussion with me. Because its important to me that I never leave anyone feeling like what they're worried about isn't important. I also have a high standard for customer service."

Besides caring for her family at home and at Laser, Robyn is also a plant lover. In her downtime she's rescuing people's dying plants and reviving them. Mainly because "Cam says no to more animals".

Scott

Dobie

Operations Manager

Scott is a brand new edition to team Laser and we couldn't be happier. Scott's favourite part of working at Laser so far has been the team, getting to know everyone, how we operate as a company, and where we need to strive for in the future.

When Scott isn't working he's typically on a motorcycle heading through backroads all across the country and then some. Right before he started working with us at Laser he just got back from a 7-month long trip through the United States and Canada to which you can view his travels on his instagram page @otbp.moto.

With years of experience in all sorts of industries Scott has come to live in the rhetoric "People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it". Which is one of the many reasons why we are excited to have Scott apart of the team.

Liam

Sales & Estimating

Liam has been with team Laser for a little over a year now. He has spent time in our production department in 2023, but now is full time in Sales and Estimating.

When Liam isn't crushing estimates or visiting our customers, he's building computers or gaming on his designs.

Miranda

Penhale

Finance Manager

Miranda joined our team in early 2024, and has quickly rose to the role of Finance Manager.

The atmosphere among the Laser team has been Miranda's favourite part of working with us so far.

When she's not at work Miranda is either between a good book or spending time with her kids.

Andrew

Technician

Andrew is one of the new technicians here at Laser starting in June of 2024. 

So far Andrew’s favourite part of working at Laser is definitely the team!

“Everyone is so generous with sharing their knowledge and experience and encouraging me to take on new challenges with confidence. I really enjoy operating the painting machines when they go smoothly. Even when they decide to stop working, I still enjoy taking the challenge to fix them!”

In his downtime, Andrew is either playing his musical instrument the Kamanche or spending time with his family. On the weekends he’s typically hiking, kayaking or gathering with friends. 

If you were to know one thing about Andrew it’s that he believes following goals keeps you moving and you shouldn’t be afraid to dream big!

Levi

Technician

Levi has been apart of team Laser for the last year as a technician. So far his favourite part of being at Laser has been working with the crews and the variety of jobs to keep him busy.

When he's not painting lines, heating up thermoplastic, or filling parking lot crack he spends his off time in the Arboriculture business climbing trees.

If you were to know anything about Levi it's that when he's not hard at work here at Laser Pavement Solutions he runs a tree service business here in Prince George. L & L Tree works.
